IIOP does not have any pre-requisites we require applicants to complete prior to starting our program.

IIOP has 3 term starts: Spring (January), Summer (May) and Fall (August)

There is no deadline; IIOP uses rolling admissions. We will accept students until the cohort is full or until classes begin.

Computer or Laptop
A device capable of running standard productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
Recommended specifications:
Operating System: Windows, macOS, or equivalent
Reliable storage space for course materials
Internet Access
A stable broadband connection to access online resources, submit assignments, and participate in virtual learning activities.
Additional Requirements
Updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
Access to email and learning management systems (LMS)
Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings
SARA Student Complaint Process for IIOP

Our institution participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), which establishes standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs.
Under SARA, students located in other SARA member states who are enrolled in distance education programs offered by our institution have the right to file a complaint if they believe the institution has violated SARA policies.

Misrepresentation of program accreditation or licensure requirements
False or misleading advertising or recruitment practices
Inaccurate information about tuition, fees, or financial aid
Improper handling of student records or privacy violations
Note: Complaints about grades, student conduct, or disciplinary matters are not covered under SARA.

Exhaust the Institution’s Internal Complaint Process
Students must first attempt to resolve the issue through the institution’s formal grievance procedures.Submit a SARA Complaint
If the issue remains unresolved, students may file a complaint with the SARA State Portal Entity in the state where the student resides.Visit NC-SARA Student Complaints for details.
Provide documentation showing you completed the institution’s grievance process.
