Located directly next door to IIOP, The Palms offers students the convenience of being just steps away from campus. Students have access to a variety of single and shared room options, with furnished accommodations, utilities, and 24-hour security included. With multiple housing options available, students can select the arrangement that best fits their individual needs and preferences.

Our goal is to make the transition to IIOP as seamless as possible by providing students with a place where they can feel comfortable calling home while they focus on their education, clinical experiences, and becoming the next generation of Orthotics & Prosthetics professionals.
