Student Grievance Policy
Student Grievance Procedures Distance Education (Pending Approval)
The student grievance process applies to all concerns involving faculty, staff, or administrators, including academic issues
Grievance Steps:
Step 1: The student meets with the staff member involved within three working days of the incident. If unresolved, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Submit the grievance in writing to the Program Director and schedule a meeting within 3 working days of Step 1. If still unresolved, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Submit the grievance in writing to the President within 3 working days of Step 2. The President will meet with the student within 3 working days. If unresolved, proceed to the appeals process.
Students must first attempt to resolve the issue through the institution’s formal internal grievance procedures.
